Mid July 2003 a question cropped up on Call Centre Voice
regarding Customer Satisfaction Surveys.

At that time I suggested that a survey should be in postcard form to limit the amount
of work a customer needs to do.
It was suggested that this might be too much data for a postcard but I thought it could
be done. The results are in the two PUB (Publisher 98) Files Below.
As usual with this site all the downloads are checked to be virus free but run through a Virus scanner before using.
Again I don't mind people using the files but please bear in mind the file is

These need to be saved as Publisher Files with a .PUB
extension. Download with a save as. Do not open from the site.
