One of our aims is to provide a low cost  solution for small centers reluctant or unable to invest in a full scale WFM (Work Force Management) package.

Our solutions are individually tailored to you specific requirements and range from low end base staff calculators (a free demo version is available in the downloads section), to fully integrated Erlang-C enabled calculators able to work with numerous incoming lines. Obviously these are not to the scale of the fully multiskilled enabled solutions but then if that's what you need you wouldn't be here!

Base and adaptive marketing impact models are also available.

The level of automation depends on the number of staff and complexity of the ACD system so we'll always give you what you need. Not a standard package with some functions disabled!

We can also provide a 'base rota' system where you provide the data and we do the work. All we need is a by 1/2 (1/4)hr dataset for a specific period (Required data is dependant on calculator used) and some simple call timing statistics. From this we can produce bespoke rota's where all your TM need to do is add name.
